The short answer is a fixed-fee statement review done by a person, and that is what the Cash Recovery Report is: https://ryzefin.com/products/cash-recovery-report. You send us twelve months of bank, card and processor statements. I read every line, document what you are overpaying and why, and walk you through it on a call. $500, five business days, refunded if we find less than $500 a year.
What the usual answer misses
Most of what you will find online for this question is fee-audit software. It scans your merchant processing statements, finds interchange overcharges, and takes a percentage of whatever it recovers. That is a real service, but it covers one line of your spend. The money in a growing company leaks from a lot more places than the card processor.
What we find, in rough order of size
FX conversion spread. Every tool you pay in USD from an AED or CAD account costs 2 to 3% more than the invoice. The bank never shows it as a line. Across a year of software, ad spend and contractors it is usually the single largest number on the report.
Subscriptions nobody uses. Seats for people who left, tools that got replaced, trials that converted. Everyone knows they have some. Nobody knows how many until the statements are sorted by merchant.
Price creep. The same plan, the same vendor, a higher charge from March onward. It is legal, it is in the terms, and it is easy to miss when the amount moves 8%.
Then the smaller ones: duplicate charges, bank fees, processor fees, dormant cards, and monthly plans the vendor sells annually for less.
What it found for one client
One client, a software company, ran about $600k a month through its accounts, half of it in foreign currency. On that foreign-currency spend the report found 3 to 5% recoverable, between $108k and $180k a year. The excess cash then went into a USD and CAD T-bill ladder built around the year's working capital needs, which lifted the yield on that cash by 4 to 5% a year.
What your cash is earning
The report also covers what your cash is earning against what it could. Most operating accounts pay nothing. A savings account, a fixed-income fund, or a T-bill ladder sized to what you will need in the next twelve months does the job in any market, including the UAE.
The guarantees
Two guarantees make it low-risk: we find at least $500 a year in provable, recoverable cash or you pay nothing, and it lands in five business days or you pay nothing. No logins, no live connections. Exported statements only, with account numbers redacted if you like. If you want to see what we find before paying anything, upload your statements here and we show you first: https://ryzefin.com/tools/spend-score
If you run more than $20k a month through your business accounts and have stopped reading your statements line by line, this is for you: https://ryzefin.com/products/cash-recovery-report
